& CAMILLE BRUYAS THE 43K
The week of the Volvic Volcanic Experience passed, with up to seven races to choose from. From the 224km of the XGTV to a trail of only 15km. With an exceptional temperature from Wednesday May 25th to Friday May 27th we were able to enjoy each and every one of the races.
In addition to all the gastronomy and shows that the organization offers us. In a spectacular setting, these seven races are held, with the majority of French runners, but with the participation of great runners such as Francois D`haene, Camille Bruyas or Shange and Dawa Sherpa.

We could say that the queen test, in which this year the great French champion Francois D`haene (9:41:30) won, who shared up to 70kms with Shange Sherpa (10:00:12).
Sherpa himself told us at the end that Francois’s company during those 70kms had made him push and give everything he had, which earned him to lower his mark in this race by almost 2h.
Frenchman Benjamin Poiraton came in third place with a time of 10:42:24. For their part, the first three women did a great job, arriving respectively 25th, 31st and 32nd overall.
