- Grip for many different terrains
UPPER
The engineered mesh upper boosts your run with comfort and breathability – no matter the trail. Yarn in upper contains at least 50% Parley Ocean Plastic and 50% recycled polyester
MIDSOLE
Since it was born it has sought to be rather firm, which allows it to feel agile and reactive in medium distances. As in general with Adidas Terrex the foot is very well protected in general.
It should be noted that the height to the sole is much shorter in the heel compared to its maximalist rivals.
OUTSOLE
Own a wide range of terrain running your trails with its Continental outsole with a versatile lug pattern.
The sole of the Continental firm is already a veteran. Made of a unique rubber compound, each shoe model varies the taqueado. In this case, it seeks to offer an excellent grip on trails, tracks and on any type of dry terrain.
This Continental rubber has always performed worthily without being the best grip in forced cases. In return, it is rubber that tends to give us a longer service life than other rivals.
ADIDAS TERREX AGRAVIX FLOW 2: CONCLUSIONS
From the numbers we can see how it closely resembles the line of shoes that prioritize comfort and go above 300 grams, even gains weight +10 grams, compared to its predecessor.
Its official weight of 320gr gives it the character of “tank” and almost all terrain, and we say almost because the limit, of course, is marked by its 3.5mm studs * (without confirming): A measure that as in all mountain shoes goes well on firm ground, but falls short on soft ground such as mud or fresh snow.
At this level of elite, the fight for each gram is basic, we do not see it as the shoe of the head of the peloton with those 320 grams, but as a shoe of ultras, all-terrain and long durability.
In exchange for those extra grams, when we need rubber under the feet that protects us and grips us at the same time, these Agravic, are there, yes, in dry. The popular may find it a safe bet to finish a race and reach the finish line protecting legs.
There is no doubt that the joint work of Lightstrike and Continental rubber are solid, but unfortunately we can not say yet that they are the best on the market.
Now we have a very interesting shoe for many: Although it came out at the top price of € 140, but it is easy to find friendlier prices.

Hello. Do you think that is possible I run a trail ultramarathon (80 km) with this shoes?
Hello Guilherme,
always depends on many factors: training, runners weight, technique, etc
In principle, from the numbers we can see how it closely resembles the line of shoes that prioritize comfort and go above 300 grams, so an ultra should be OK. The popular may find it a safe bet to finish a race and reach the finish line protecting legs.
Thanks for following and safe kilometers
