LANGE XT3 TOUR PRO & LANGE XT3 TOUR SPORT: SKI TOURING BOOTS

LANGE was firtly stablished in 1948 by Robert (Bob) Lange, making the first recorded attempt to develop a plastic-reinforced ski boot made with polyester resin. In 1962, they were able to produce a limited numbers of new design, in blue and white, with the solution of molding the boot in two separate parts. Back in 1968, the LANGE COMPETITION boot wins five gold medals during the Olympic Games in Grenoble and 72% of Olympic competitors wore LANGE.

LANGE XT3 TOUR PRO

Lange’s award-winning XT3 freeride boot was one of the stars last season. Born from the brand’s heritage of high-performance ski racing. Designed to go up, but built to go down, the XT3 offers the power and precision to attack any descent.

The newly presented LANGE XT3 TOUR range advances in the same line: Building on the XT3’s award-winning freeride performance of recent years, LANGE argues that the new XT3 TOUR range adds two key pillars:

  • On the one hand, it keeps Lange’s DNA focused on safe descents in any terrain and conditions, with patented Dual Core technology and Active Power V-Lock.
  • On the other, it brings new features specific to SKI TOURING, including a Grilamid construction® ultralight and EVA travel linings, a Vibram travel sole® and boot boards with rocking chairs.

LANGE XT3 TOUR PRO & TOUR SPORT: HIGHLIGHTS

Active Power V-Lock: performance and safety: Active Power V-Lock: where others remove the plastic in the boot column to gain mobility in the walking mode, finally breaking the interface between the top fist and the bottom of the boot, Lange implements its patented Active Power V-lock metal on metal system.

Offering frictionless mobility and a 53° range of motion in walking mode, the Active Power V-Lock mimics the feel of a traditional alpine boot when locked in ski mode to release rock-solid power, precision and bounce.

New Eva TOURING lining: comfort and performance on both ascent and descent
EVA Lightweight Touring Lining : EVA foam lining, custom moldable, specific for crossing, with a one-piece toe construction for warmth and comfort.

VIBRAM SOLE ski touring: unique foot grip. The full-length Vibram® Touring sole throughout the plant is also compatible with any standard 9523 Touring fastener.
