SAUCONY PEREGRINE 13 GTX: WINTER TRAIL RUNNING SHOE FROM THE PEREGRINE SAGA.  Our TRAIL RUNNING SHOES  section brings us another novelty for this 2023, the Saucony Peregrine 13 ST.

With this article we finalize the trilogy of articles were we have introduced you the 3 new models of the Peregrine Saga: the Peregrine 13, the Peregrine 13 ST and the Peregrine 13 GTX that we analyze today. Lets start with this Peregrine 13 GTX which will arrive with a price of 165€, a weight of 283 grams, a stack height of 28 mm/24 mm and lugs of.5mm to give us grip in any almost any terrain.

The winter trail running version of the family. The most logical, perhaps, for those who like to run on wet terrain, rainy conditions, cross puddles, cross from snowfield to snowfield and always stay dry.

For them there is the Peregrine 13 GTX, which stands out for having the latest breathable technology, the Goretex Invisible Fit. The membrane is waterproof and windproof, but with this version it is lighter and fits the foot better, so the cover remains flexible and light, unlike other more basic GTXs that add more weight and rigidity.

In addition, it maintains all the benefits of the Saucony Peregrine: PWRRUN midsole and the PWRRUN+ insole to have the best Saucony cushioning. UPPER

The mesh upper built in one single piece, “hug” the feet with the heel collar and helps the fit and adjustment even in the most difficult terrain. Moreover, the speed laces let you make quick adjustments on the fly and don’t get soggy. On the toe box, we can see the typical rock protection and both in the front and the back the gaiter compatible clips.

MIDSOLE

PWRRUN foam provides the responsiveness to keep you quick and agile on the trail. Rock plate ensures protection for pushing uphill and driving downhill with confidence.

OUTSOLE

PWRTRAC rubber outsole and rock guard ensure maximum traction and grip on rugged terrain, maximum with the 6.5 mm lugs that will give a good grip and traction in any kind of terrain, mountains, mud, snow or any similar.

These are in fact the deepest and most widely spaced outsole lugs from Suacony to help us take off of soft terrain without losing speed.
