The FUJI LITE™ 3 shoe is inspired by the Hinoki Cypress tree that’s native to Mount Fuji. It keeps you focused on the path ahead and to, supposedly guide us towards a more positive mindset.
Key updates include a greater percentage of recycled textiles for the upper construction, as mentioned above from 30% up to 50% . This allows ASICS to reduce waste and re-use leftover resources.
Following a sustainable design approach, the reshaped FLYTEFOA midsole is formed with recycled materials. This foam creates lightweight shock absorption, propelling our stride forward as we move through the trails. Lastly, the shoe’s outsole is designed to increase traction on muddy or loamy surfaces.

The Flytefoam of the midsole was already present in the previous model, but the new shapes of this one are noticeable. In the previous model, its distribution was more uniform, maintaining the same drawing from front to back.
In this new model you can see two differentiated areas, on the one hand the heel area, with a more rigid shape, to absorb possible heel impacts reducing the negative phase of the race, and in the midfoot and front part the The finish has a Linear shape that conducts the pressure of the footprint outwards, seeking to minimize the impact, making the shoe more dynamic.

The ASICS FUJI LITE 3 maintains for another year the sole of the Japanese brand, the Asicsgrip ™, a sole that has been surprising us very pleasantly since we tried it on the first models and that stands out for its good behavior and great grip in different situations. terrain types.
Like its predecessors in the range, it is estimated to be highly durable thanks to the high-density rubber. This sole model has been redesigned, with a distribution similar to its predecessor but with a change in the shape of the studs, now being two symmetrical lines in the shape of a spike with a central hollow, replacing the previous triangular shape.
The distribution of the lugs is classic… with nuances, pay attention: Front in one direction to drive in the direction of the race and in ascents, and in the opposite position on the heel to favor grip on the descent. Now, in this version, as you can see, all of them are very intertwined with each other, tractor blocks and retainers.
