Transvulcania 2014: Crónica, fotos y resultados. Campeones Luis Alberto Hernando y Anna Frost (1459 finalistas)
The Skyrunning Series 2014 have opened as is now traditional, with the Transvulcania Ultramarathon which for the first year acknowledged its true length to be 73k, not the 83k previously claimed.
Once the race was launched upon the course, with over 2.000 trail runners packing it, the men podium went again to Luis Alberto Hernando, Kilian Jornet and Sage Canaday as in 2013, with Luis as ousting Kilian this 2014 as the champion.
As for the female race, Anna Frost made a superb comeback to the elite, winning ahead of spaniards Maite Maiora & Uxué Fraile.
