Twelve teams, one per nation, made it to the final of the Mixed Relay World Cup in Boi Taull, and it was Team Italy -Alba de Silvestro and Michele Boscacci- who brought home the victory with an impressive display in the icy slopes of the Spanish ski resort. Team Spain crossed the finish line in second place, with Team France grabbing the bronze medal.

After the WMRA World Cup events held in 2021, 2022 and 2023, this 2024 Aragón will host the World Masters Mountain Running Championships from SEPTEMBER, 13th to 15th.
A new step that will also be the perfect rehearsal for the bianual celebration that summits the world of trail running: The World Mountain And Trail Running Championships (WMTRC), which will hold their third edition from 25th to 28th of September 2025, following on the footsteps of the event held at Innsbruck-Stubai in 2023.

Laia Selles (U18 Women, Spain), Jules Raybaud (U20 Men, France), and Ida Waldal (U20 Woman, Norway) added another gold medal to their tally of the ISMF European Championships, while on the U18 Men category it was another Spaniard, Julia Pujol, who claimed the European crown.

WORLD MOUNTAIN TRAIL RUNNING MEDALIST COMMITS SUCIDE AT 21. Today, the global running community mourns the untimely demise of a bright Swedish star whose athletic prowess graced podiums and inspired many. The runner, known for securing bronze in Thailand 2022 and a remarkable top 5 finish in Innsbruck 2023, faced an unforeseen and tragic end.
At the age of 21, Emilia Brangefält, after an intense period of competing in both the Transvulcania 48k and the World Innsbruck 45k, she received a devastating diagnosis – a heart disease that would not only alter her physical capabilities but also cast a heavy emotional toll. On November 13, she passed away, her departure marked by a sorrowful silence, as the circumstances surrounding her death by suicide were revealed only recently.
