These Hoka Bondi 7 continue the saga of the Bondi, one of the “original” shoes for which the brand was announced. Version 7 comes with a weight very similar to its predecessor, perhaps 5 grams less, the same drop and the same idea: to be the most cushioned of the HOKA range for road and to be the roller par excellence.

Equipped with the same EVA midsole, the same breathable mesh instep and the same mythical Meta-Rocker technology of its predecessor, the Bondi 7 is renewed with an incredibly comfortable plush neck. Made with ultra-soft memory foam and designed to house a narrower heel, it molds to different types of ankles and wraps the Achilles heel in comfort.

MIDSOLE
Full-length compression-molded EVA midsole. TPU overlays offer additional midfoot structure and support.

Rubber outsole minimizes weight and maximises durability, offering a good grip in many surfaces.
CONCLUSIONS
As we mentioned above, it is the HOKA shoe par excellence and the most cushioned of the entire range of road shoes. It is a long and comfortable running shoe where reactivity is contingent on comfort and cushioning.
Shoes for long, long distances on asphalt, with the typical maximalist design of HOKA, which offers us a soft and balanced tread. With the typical rocker sole of the HOKA, and the possibility of choosing between different widths of last ara querllos that need a little more space in the box of the toes.
