The UTMB World Series returns in 2024, with the Tarawera Ultra-Trail by UTMB opening the season from Roturua in New Zealand on February 17-18.
The UTMB World Series 2024 offers a grueling line-up of 41 events and a varied platform for runners from all over the world, confirming that the joint business project created by UTMB Group & Ironman remains, for now.
Staged in spectacular settings in some of the world’s most beautiful and iconic landscapes, UTMB World Series events offer athletes of all abilities the opportunity to immerse themselves in local cultures while tackling challenging and scenic courses.
Spanning 23 countries across Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, this circuit also provides those who wish to embark on the ultimate running quest the chance to do so by challenging themselves at the UTMB World Series Finals during the Dacia UTMB Mont-Blanc.

41 APPOINTMENTS IN 23 COUNTRIES
The UTMB 2024 mountain racing calendar covers 23 countries in Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe and America, of which two will be in Spain: The already regular Aran by UTMB, as well as the debutant Tenerife Blue Trail.
The circuit stands out for now having the exclusive, “Running Stones”, of being able to start in the three UTMB World Series Finals for the 100 Miles, 100k and 50k during the UTMB Mont-Blanc.
