REGISTRATIONS OPEN
A thrilling adventure awaits all trail running enthusiasts as the highly anticipated Dacia UTMB® Mont-Blanc 2024 adventure officially kicks off today.
Today at 11:00am CET:
- Pre-registration for the UTMB World Series Finals opens (UTMB®, CCC® and OCC) allowing you to enter the lottery for a chance to compete against elite athletes from all corners of the globe.
- Registration for TDS®, MCC, ETC, YCC available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Applications for the PTL® team race open.
Trail runners aspiring to participate in the UTMB, CCC, and OCC UTMB World Series Finals races must have at least one Running Stones and a valid UTMB Index to enter the lottery. Now, in an exciting evolution, Running Stones will be rewarded to all finishers of the TDS, MCC, ETC and YCC races at the Dacia UTMB Mont-Blanc.
Runners competing in the TDS race will receive four Running Stones, while participants in the MCC race will be awarded two Running Stones. Finishers of the ETC and YCC junior race will each receive one Running Stone.

16 January 2024:
- Lottery draw the UTMB, CCC and OCC.
- Announcement of the teams selected for the PTL.
29 January 2024:
- Last day to confirm your registration for the UTMB, CCC, OCC if you are selected in the first draw.
- Organiztion of a second lottery round if runners do not confirm their registration.

Registration conditions
In order to enter the lottery for the UTMB World Series Finals races, runners must meet certain requirements. These include possessing a minimum of one Running Stone, a UTMB Index that corresponds to, at the very least, the lower race category (details provided below), and being pre-registered. Runners can access their UTMB Index and Running Stones by logging into their personalized MyUTMB account.
To be eligible for the draw, the following criteria should be met:
- For UTMB: Possession of a valid UTMB index in either the 100K or 100M categories.
- For CCC: Possession of a valid UTMB index in either the 50K, 100K, or 100M categories.
- For OCC: Possession of a valid UTMB index in either the 20K, 50K, 100K, or 100M categories.
To complete the registration process for TDS:
- A valid UTMB Index in either the 100K or 100M categories is required.
Specific conditions for certain races:
- The YCC is a race open to anyone, male or female, born between 2005 and 2010 and includes minors, cadets, junior categories, licensed or not.
- The PTL is open to teams of two or three people only.
- The MCC is reserved for volunteers of the Dacia UTMB Mont-Blanc, partners, and local runners who reside in Valais, Aosta Valley, Savoie, and Haute-Savoie.
Runners can only register for one race.
