SCARPA 2021 NEW CLIMBING AND MOUNTAIN SHOES. SCARPA BOOSTIC, SCARPA GECKO AND SCARPA RAPID. If a couple of days ago we presented the SCARPA Trailrunning for 2021, today our MOUNTAIN GEAR section brings you the new SCARPA models for the 2021 spring.

For climbing, the Scarpa Boostic climbing shoes stand out, in trekking shoes the Scarpa Gecko and the Scarpa Rapid as a mountain shoe. Let’s go with details.

SCARPA 2021 NEW CLIMBING AND MOUNTAIN.

SCARPA BOOSTIC. CLIMBING.

In the climbing range, SCARPA launches the Boostic shoes, which arrives as the most supportive in the “Specialize Performance” category.

The Boostic is designed for technical climbing on surfaces where under-foot support for a continuous microorder is crucial.
According to the brand, the new model features a more precise fit, a unique curved midsole for maximum support and a PAF heel system that provides comfort on long technical routes.

SCARPA GECKO: TECHNICAL TREKKING SHOE.

The Gecko approach shoes are updated this spring 2021. The top of the Gecko is water-resistant, built to withstand the abuse of rocky terrain.

At the same time, it fits your foot for a glove-like fit. It has a hybrid construction: Hard board at the back for greater stability and long-lasting slip on the fore foot for greater sensitivity.

The Gecko’s new sole features our exclusive Scarpa SuperGum rubber for friction and traction that inspire confidence, and is very durable to extend service life.

SCARPA RAPID: MOUNTAIN SHOE.

The Rapid is a hybrid running and walking shoe, designed to be equally valid by jogging through miles of trails, than in jumping rocks and climbing moderate slings.

The dual-density EVA midsole offers a step more like a trail running shoe. It also has a TPU arc insert for torque control and the Dynamic Protection System on the fore foot for added protection, propulsion and edge capability.

The sole is made of high friction Vibram Megagrip rubber and provides an edge area under the big toe for unbeatable friction and traction.

The Rapid wants to be the perfect choice to move fast on mixed mountainous terrain, expert in handling all conditions, from a single groomed track to endless astragalus fields and steed riots. It is also proposed as an alternative to the classic Solomon XA Pro, dominators of this niche in the Spanish market.
